Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy, handled on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, open a billing support ticket and provide a clear reason.
Cancellations
- Log in to your client area
- Go to Services → My Services
- Select your service
- Click Request Cancellation
- Complete the form
Important
- Canceling does not automatically issue a refund
- Some services may be non-refundable
