Refunds and cancellations are handled through your client area.


Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy, handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, open a billing support ticket and provide a clear reason.


Cancellations

  1. Log in to your client area
  2. Go to Services → My Services
  3. Select your service
  4. Click Request Cancellation
  5. Complete the form

Important

  • Canceling does not automatically issue a refund
  • Some services may be non-refundable
